The goal shouldn’t be to “beat” someone’s score but rather to hit the target every single time. Anything else is simply distracting. When the entire objective is hitting the target focusing on anything beyond yourself or your target undermines your focus and becomes a mental burden. Shooting in any form is as much about mental control as it is physical.”
